The Position: Rich's ideal Sales candidate is an energetic, self-motivated go-getter. Because work ethic and drive determine commission, it is vital that a candidate for a sales position with Rich's be enthusiastic and determined. Rich's showrooms are high-energy, customer-oriented, professional environments, designed with high-end customers in mind, so dress and demeanor must match this context. A Rich's salesperson must be articulate, confident, and a fast learner. Self-starters will thrive in this environment as the only limits on achievement here are those you set for yourself. Retail and/or sales experience is a bonus, but we welcome anyone with ambition, vision, and drive to apply.
