Responsibilities * Develop and maintain relationships with clients through effective communication and personalized service. * Conduct market research to identify potential clients and assess their insurance needs. * Analyze client information to recommend appropriate insurance products that meet their requirements. * Engage in outside sales activities, including networking events and community outreach, to promote insurance offerings. * Manage the sales administration process, ensuring all documentation is completed accurately and efficiently. * Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and products to provide informed advice to clients. * Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations when handling sensitive client information. * Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance overall performance. Requirements * Proven experience in sales, preferably in insurance or retail sales environments. * Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess client needs effectively. * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer engagement. * proficiency is a plus, enabling effective communication with diverse clientele. * Familiarity with HIPAA regulations is preferred but not mandatory. * Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. * A valid insurance license is required or must be obtained within a specified timeframe after hiring.
