Job Summary We are seeking a driven and dynamic Inbound Sales & Scheduling Coordinator to join our fast-paced, high-volume inside sales and service office. This role is perfect for someone with strong consumer inside sales experience, live chat skills, and the ability to work independently while meeting and exceeding sales goals. Key Responsibilities * Handle inbound calls, live chat, and email inquiries with professionalism and sales expertise. * Guide customers through purchasing decisions, closing sales effectively. * Collaborate with the dispatch team; understanding dispatching processes is a plus. * Use a VoIP phone system for seamless communication. * Maintain impeccable follow-up and follow-through with minimal supervision. * Use professional language and tone in all written and spoken communications. * Work collaboratively with a remote manager and leverage e-learning tools for ongoing professional development. Required Qualifications: * Proven consumer inside sales experience with a strong desire to close sales. * Live chat experience with a minimum typing speed of 40 WPM. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, web browsers, Google Voice, and Google Workspace. * Strong critical thinking, data analysis, decision-making, and problem-solving skills. * Exceptional communication, collaboration, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment. * Self-motivated with impeccable organizational skills.
