Job Requirements: * Approaching and professionally greeting customers upon arrival. * Assisting customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and carefully listening to their responses. * Ability to create customer base by prospecting, telephone, and referral. * Ability to adapt and overcome obstacles and objections. * Completing sales orders and processing paperwork to close the sale. * Following up with customers and prospects to ensure satisfaction. * Assist sales department with product presentation and inventory * MUST be Bilingual Job Duties: * Must have excellent communication and organizational skills * Must be self-motivated, outgoing, and customer-focused * Must be available full time, including many nights and Saturdays. * Must pass pre-employment screening: a criminal background check Compensation: Great compensation package with monthly bonuses Job Type: Full-time Salary: $60,000.00 to $120,000.00 /year Job Type: Full-time Pay: $40,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year Benefits: * Dental insurance * Employee discount * Health insurance * Paid time off * Vision insurance Schedule: * 10 hour shift Supplemental Pay: * Bonus opportunities * Commission pay Experience: * Dealership: 1 year (Required) Language: * Spanish (Required) License/Certification: * Driver's License (Required) Work Location: In person
