Position Overview As an Event Sales & Experience Specialist, you will be responsible for driving event sales and turning visions into memorable experiences. Key Responsibilities Event Sales * Meet and exceed sales targets through proactive outreach and campaigns. * Respond to inquiries, conduct venue tours, and secure bookings. * Create tailored event plans, including menus, decorations, and entertainment, while identifying upselling opportunities. * Manage member/client information and event documentation through CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot). Event Operations * Collaborate with departments (Banquet, F&B, Kitchen, etc.) to deliver flawless events. * Prepare floor plans, oversee room setups, and coordinate event logistics. * Attend events to ensure client satisfaction and oversee execution. Other * Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. * Stay informed on industry trends and other clubs' practices. * Support management initiatives and attend training sessions. Qualifications * Proven success in event sales (2+ years of experience). * Hospitality or culinary certification is a plus. * Tech-savvy, with proficiency in Microsoft Word/Excel and familiarity with event software/POS systems. * Adaptable to flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. * Strong organizational and communication skills, with a team-oriented mindset. * Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and managing multiple projects effectively.
