Duties * Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems in residential and commercial settings. * Conduct routine inspections and troubleshooting of HVAC equipment to ensure optimal performance. * Provide product demonstrations and educate clients on system features and benefits. * Engage in inside sales activities, including lead generation and territory management. * Collaborate with the sales team to develop business opportunities and expand market reach. * Manage customer relationships effectively, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business. * Document service calls, repairs, and maintenance performed on systems using Salesforce or similar CRM tools. Skills * Proven experience as an HVAC Technician with a strong understanding of HVAC systems. * Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical information clearly to customers. * Sales experience is highly desirable, particularly in B2B environments. * Familiarity with territory sales strategies and lead generation techniques. * Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail. * Proficient in using CRM software for tracking customer interactions and sales activities. * Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to addressing client needs.
