Essential Duties: * Making outbound calls to prospects or clients. * Identify and pursue new leads. * Be knowledgeable and current on pricing, seasonal promotions, coupons, and other price-related information. * MUST have a positive mindset, goal-oriented, energetic and willingness to learn. * MUST have a very pleasant telephone demeanor and be able to demonstrate good customer service and telephone etiquette. * MUST have knowledge and worked in PLUMBING and HVAC. * MUST have sales experience * Sell face to face with or without visuals. * Sell a product over the phone with no visuals * Setting and meeting sales quotas monthly * MUST work outside of normal business hours. Could be nights and weekends. * MUST have newer model vehicle. In good mechanical working order. * Bilingual is a PLUS. Spanish/English * Additional duties and responsibilities as assigned. * This position is salary base PLUS commission.
