Job Title: Sales & Marketing Professional Company: Work Ready Truck Job Description: Are you a driven sales professional with a passion for cool trucks and equipment -- and a knack for marketing? Work Ready Truck is seeking a dynamic Sales & Marketing Professional to join our team. In this hybrid role, you'll not only be responsible for making local on-road sales calls to sectors such as colleges, municipalities, truck dealers, and construction and landscape companies, but you'll also play a key role in shaping and executing our marketing and social media strategies to drive brand awareness and lead generation. Key Responsibilities: * Conduct in-person sales calls to prospective clients across various sectors to promote and sell our high-quality truck equipment and bodies. * Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. * Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement targeted marketing campaigns and promotional strategies. * Manage and grow Work Ready Truck's social media presence (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.), including content creation, scheduling, and engagement. * Create marketing materials such as brochures, email campaigns, and digital content that align with sales efforts. * Track marketing metrics and analyze campaign performance to inform future strategies. * Stay informed about industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities. Qualifications: * Experience in sales, preferably in the automotive or truck equipment industry. * Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms. * Excellent communication, content creation, and interpersonal skills. * Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and a creative edge. * Ability to work independently and manage time effectively across both sales and marketing duties. * Valid driver's license and willingness to travel locally is essential.
