Description Premier Pump & Power is a leading manufacturer of custom-engineered pump solutions. We specialize in large, trailer-mounted industrial and wastewater packages, delivering best-in-class performance, serviceability and built-in quality. We proudly serve thousands of customers nationwide from our headquarters in Vancouver, Washington and state-of-the-art plant in Houston, Texas. We are seeking a motivated entry-level Sales Associate to join our Inside Sales team and support our sales and warranty departments with day-to-day operations. You will play an important role in assisting our Inside Sales team with administrative and customer service tasks. This position is an excellent opportunity for someone eager to start a career in sales, gain industry experience, and grow within the company. You will report to the Vice President, Sales. Responsibilities * Answer incoming calls, respond to customer inquiries, and provide product information * Generate quotes, update pricing, and track customer interactions * Process and manage customer orders, coordinate with accounts receivable, and track shipments * Follow up on estimates, maintain customer records, and assist with sales-related administrative tasks * Assist with warranty claims by triaging customer issues, coordinating repairs, and working with vendors * Help coordinate shipping and freight logistics for parts and equipment Qualifications * High school diploma or equivalent (associate or bachelor's degree preferred but not required) * Strong communication skills and ability to interact with customers professionally * Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) * Experience with QuickBooks and CRM software is a plus but not required * Previous experience in sales, customer service, or administrative roles is beneficial but not required -- training will be provided * Fluency in Spanish is a plus Benefits * Health Care Plan (Medical, Dental & Vision) * Retirement Plan (401k) company matches up to 4% of employee contributions * Vacation (up to 40 hours Vacation time accrued in years 1-3, pro-rated in year 1 based on start date) * Paid Sick Leave * 8 paid holidays per calendar year Employment will be conditioned upon passing a drug screen and background check.
