Daily Duties Ad A Customer Account Representative: * Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate telecommunications solutions. * Develop a strong knowledge of our products and services to provide expert guidance to customers. * Foster relationships with clients by delivering outstanding service and ensuring a seamless customer experience. * Effectively communicate the value and benefits of various service options to help customers make informed decisions. * Work collaboratively with team members to achieve company goals and maintain a positive work environment. * Participate in ongoing training and professional development to refine sales techniques and product knowledge.
