RESPONSIBILITIES: * Approach, greet, and offer assistance or direction to any customer who enters the dealership showroom or sales lot. * Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses. * Explain product performance, application, and benefits to prospects to demonstrate industry leading features. * Perform high-quality, professional, and knowledgeable presentation and demonstration of new/used vehicles. * Learn to overcome objections, close sales, and perform all other steps of the sales process in accordance with company standards. * Build trusting relationships and help customers complete the sales process. * Maintains contact with clients to ensure complete satisfaction and to encourage repeat and referral business. * Remain knowledgeable about products offered and discuss available options. * Performs other duties as assigned. QUALIFICATIONS: * Experience preferred but not necessary * Highly driven and self-motivated personality * Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. * A friendly and energetic attitude with a focus on customer service * Steady work history and is committed to growing your career with us. * Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills, including the ability to maintain composure under stress. * A positive and outgoing personality with an expertise in developing relationships. * Strong negotiation and presentation skills * Possess a valid driver's license and be in good standing.
