COIT Cleaning & Restoration Services has openings for entry level and experienced Call Center Representatives COIT Cleaning & Restoration Services is looking for Call Center Representative or Customer Service Representative who would be responsible for building lasting relationships with our customers while being able to discuss a multitude of in-home cleaning services including carpet/upholstery, draperies/window treatments, air ducts, tile and grout, natural stone, and wood floors over the phone with integrity and excellence utilizing our existing customer base. Call Center Representatives are primarily responsible for: * Promptly and courteously answers incoming calls from potential customers. * Creating customer interest, answer questions and determines customers cleaning needs through basic probing questions and offers appropriate services and products. * Identifies and qualifies opportunities for our highly trained team of outside sales representatives. * Resolves customer concerns in a timely manner as well as provide timely feedback to the company regarding customer concerns. * Perform operations of social media outlets, which include upkeep and maintenance of said sites as well as responding to inquiries in a timely manner. * Maintain a large daily call volume of outbound calls * Meet sales objectives and posts daily sales results.
