Job Title: Sales Associate Department: Hardware Reports To: Hardware Supervisors FLSA Status: Non-Exempt Summary: Responsible for providing customer service, maintaining shelf appearance, and the overall appearance of the Hardware Department by performing the following duties. Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Education/Experience: High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or equivalent combination of education and experience.
