Exegistics is seeking Business Lead (Sales Support) for our valued client in the Louisville, KY area. This is a DIRECT HIRE and SALARIED position. This is NOT a remote/hybrid position. Salary: $60,000 -$75,000 salary + Year-end profit-sharing bonus. Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM. Position Overview: The Business Lead (Sales Support) will play a crucial role in supporting the sales team, working directly with sales representatives to nurture existing customer relationships and identify new business opportunities. This position is focused on providing sales support, collaborating with the sales team to grow current business (90% of the time), and dedicating a small portion of time (10%) to finding new opportunities. The position requires a strong sales mindset, technical skills, and the ability to collaborate closely with a team. The ideal candidate will be driven by results and have a collaborative attitude. Key Responsibilities: * Support a team of 10 sales reps, helping to grow current customer relationships. * Engage in outreach and in-person meetings to support sales initiatives. * Collaborate closely with the sales team to achieve goals and drive results. * Use technical knowledge to assist the team in delivering effective sales solutions. * Participate in identifying new business opportunities when necessary. Qualifications: * Strong sales mindset with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. * Technical skills preferred, but not required. * Results-driven and able to adapt to fast-paced environments. * Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
