Job Title: Business Development Associate Location: Houston, TX Experience: 2-3 Years Job Duties: * Responsible for creating leads and coordinating sales efforts in the region. * Build strong business relationships with key accounts and continuously seek new opportunities to grow business within the territory. * Act as a liaison between clients and internal team, and maintain positive customer relations. * Creating sales goals and implementing initiatives to increase sales. * Developing strategies for increasing market share. * Generating reports and data for sales analysis. * Handling escalated client objections and concerns to support other members of the sales team. * Exceptional communication skills to support customers. * Ability to lead a customer through the sales process, determining needs, and closing the sale. * Strong foundational knowledge in IT services industry. * Comprehensive business knowledge to create realistic sales projections. * Interpersonal skills to liaise with other departments and people within the organization * Self motivated individual having ability to work independently and under pressure. Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred. * Minimum of 2 years sales experience in IT services industry. * Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and customer relationship management software * Willingness to travel within the assigned territory Job Type: Full-time Pay: $20.45 - $22.09 per hour Benefits: * Health insurance Schedule: * 8 hour shift * Monday to Friday Work Location: In person
