A faith-based commercial landscaping company in Fairfield, OH is looking for a Landscape Design and Sales Associate. You'll be trained under the owner to eventually take the design and sales function off his plate. * Responsibilities * Sell grounds care, landscape install, irrigation, and snow and ice management services to commercial customers * Landscape design * Estimate time and materials for projects * Assist owner as necessary with design and sales responsibilities * Other responsibilities and duties as necessary to advance the company's mission and objectives Requirements * Strong culture fit * Be coachable, humble, hungry (hardworking), and smart (emotionally, socially, etc.) * Landscape industry experience * Landscape architecture or design experience * Be effective and efficient wearing multiple hats * Valid driver's license * Live within a reasonable commute distance to Fairfield, OH Compensation * $55,000 plus based on experience * Health insurance * Profit sharing * Retirement plan assistance LI-TC1
