Customer Service Representative This position needs to be filled immediately. We are seeking a friendly Customer Service Representative with excellent problem solving skills to join our team! In this role, you will perform a range of support services from answering customer questions and resolving issues to providing information about our products and services to processing orders and returns. As a company liaison and the most frequent point of contact with our customers, your strong performance is key to driving company success! You will work closely with a small and dedicated team. We are looking for someone who is organized and detail-oriented. This position is perfect for a recent college graduate. There is tremendous room for growth! Job Responsibilities: * Promptly respond to inbound queries via phone, email and other channels * Find solutions to customer issues, working with colleagues and managers as needed * Escalating issues to managers as appropriate * Keeping up to date with current company products, services and prices * Entering customer orders/processing return requests * Maintaining a positive, helpful and cooperative attitude at all times * Identifying common customer issues and offering suggested solutions for improvement * Sharing customer feedback * Provide training to new customer service team members * Communicate with various business and sales team members * Miscellaneous administrative duties such as ordering and maintaining office supplies Qualifications: * High school diploma or GED required * Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience preferred * Previous experience in customer service or office administration preferred * Experience using help desk software and/or CRM software helpful * Ability to maintain calm and professional attitude under pressure * Ability to prioritize and multitask * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Strong attention to detail * Strong organizational skills * Flexibility to work irregular hours, when required * Excellent references required * Must have a valid drivers license Job Type: Full-time Pay: $14.00 - $18.00 per hour Benefits: * 401(k) * Paid time off Schedule: * Monday to Friday Education: * High school or equivalent (Preferred) Experience: * Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred) Work Location: In personApparel Company
