What You 'll Do: * Assist English and Spanish-speaking customers in selecting vehicles that meet their needs and budget. * Build trust and rapport with clients, creating a seamless and enjoyable buying experience. * Showcase our inventory with enthusiasm and product knowledge. * Negotiate deals, complete paperwork, and ensure every sale is handled with professionalism. What We 're Looking For: * Fluent in both English and Spanish (speaking and writing). * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * A customer-first attitude with a passion for helping people. * Prior sales experience is a plus, but we're willing to train the right candidate! * A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
