Position Overview : As an Account Manager in our retail sales division, you will be responsible for building and managing relationships with key retail partners, driving customer acquisition, and promoting our client's products and services. You will collaborate closely with large retail chains to execute strategies that attract new customers, maximize sales, and ensure client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities : * Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at big box retailers. * Drive sales by executing marketing strategies and campaigns in partnership with retail partners. * Monitor sales performance, customer trends, and market conditions to adjust strategies accordingly. * Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring that their objectives are met and exceeded. * Provide regular reports and insights to clients on campaign performance and sales results. * Ensure excellent customer service and problem resolution for both the retailer and the client. Qualifications : * High School or College graduates preferred. * Proven ability to drive sales growth and meet/exceed targets. * Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders. * Excellent communication and negotiation skills. * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. * Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously. * Familiarity with retail sales trends and customer acquisition strategies.
