Overview We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Retail Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the face of our firearm store, providing exceptional customer service selling firearms and accessories, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. You will engage with customers, assist them in finding products, and contribute to achieving sales targets. You must be a graduate and at least 18 years of age to work in the firearm industry. Duties * Greet customers warmly and provide assistance as needed. * Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits. * Handle cash transactions accurately using the cash register. * Maintain knowledge of current products sold and product offerings. * Upsell products by understanding customer needs and recommending suitable items. * Assist in inventory management, including restocking shelves and organizing displays. * Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction. Skills * Proven experience in retail sales and firearm knowledge or a similar customer-facing role. * Strong cash handling skills with attention to detail. * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. * Ability to upsell products effectively by understanding customer preferences. * Bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse customers. * Familiarity with operating cash registers and point-of-sale systems. * Demonstrated ability to conduct engaging product demos that attract customer interest.
