Job Title: Sales Supervisor and Client Development Responsibilities: * Client and Sales Management: o Create and manage a schedule of frequent visits to established clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty. o Develop and maintain strong and productive relationships with existing clients. o Supervise and support the current main distributor (Wrangler) to ensure efficient service. o Identify and prospect new potential clients, including restaurants, supermarkets, and distributors. o Negotiate contracts and service agreements in collaboration with the production department. o Deliver product samples and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction and their integration into the client portfolio. o Occasionally visit clients outside the city and support operations in other warehouses ( Houston). o Expand the brand's presence in the food service sector by opening new markets. * Administration and Reporting: o Generate periodic reports on sales activities, highlighting key metrics and opportunities for improvement. o Present in-person reports at the San Marcos plant at least once a month. o Collaborate with other departments to optimize processes and improve the customer experience. o Additional points will be determined as the client and distributor area develops and will be detailed in due time. * Warehouse Management (Additional Responsibilities): o Oversee daily operations such as receiving, storing, and dispatching goods. o Ensure compliance with health and safety standards. o Maintain accurate and updated inventory to support sales needs. o Regularly inspect products to ensure quality. o Supervise the maintenance of company vehicles to guarantee their good condition and compliance with safety regulations. * Personnel Management: o Recruit and train warehouse and sales team employees. o Organize and supervise employee schedules and activities. o Conduct constructive and timely performance evaluations. o Administer discipline and, if necessary, manage employee terminations in accordance with company policies. Requirements: * Previous experience in supervising retail sales, ideally in stores and supermarkets. * Leadership skills and ability to manage multidisciplinary teams. * Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. * Knowledge of inventory management systems and sales strategies. * Ability to work under pressure, adapt to changes, and make quick decisions. * Proficiency in Spanish and English. Education and Experience: * Associate degree in a related field or equivalent industry experience; preferably a bachelor's degree in administration, business, or a related area. * Minimum of three years of experience supervising teams in sales, manufacturing, or logistics. Physical Requirements: * Ability to stand and walk for extended periods. * Capability to perform desk work using computers for long periods. * Ability to lift up to fifty pounds occasionally. * Good visual acuity to inspect products and ensure quality.
