In this role, you will be actively engaging with homeowners door-to-door , inquiring about potential property sales opportunities. Your primary responsibility will be to connect with property owners , gauge their interest in selling, and help us identify potential real estate investments. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys direct sales, negotiation, and building relationships with people in their community. Key Responsibilities: * Canvassing neighborhoods and knocking on doors to generate potential leads. * Communicating the benefits of selling to Cameneco LLC in a professional and friendly manner. * Identifying and assessing property conditions to determine potential investment opportunities. * Keeping detailed records of interactions and interested property owners. * Collaborating with our team to close deals and expand our property portfolio. What We 're Looking For: * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Self-motivated and confident with a willingness to take initiative. * Previous sales or real estate experience is a plus, but not required. * Comfortable with face-to-face interactions and engaging in direct outreach. * Ability to work independently while also being a team player.
