Job Overview We own and operate various brands/companies. One of our brands conducts sales at retail locations, etc. Sorting Jewelry, pricing it, and helping customers with sales inquiries. As a Jewelry Associate, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming shopping experience for our clients. You will assist customers in selecting jewelry pieces that meet their needs, while also maintaining the presentation of our merchandise. Your passion for jewelry and ability to communicate effectively will help drive sales and foster lasting relationships with our customers. Duties * Provide outstanding customer service by greeting customers warmly and assisting them with their jewelry selections. * Demonstrate product knowledge through engaging product demos, highlighting features and benefits of various jewelry items. * Handle cash transactions accurately using the POS system, ensuring all cash handling procedures are followed. * Maintain the organization and cleanliness of the sales floor, including restocking merchandise and managing inventory levels. * Utilize basic math skills to assist customers with calculations related to purchases and promotions. * Communicate effectively with customers, providing information about products, promotions, and store policies. * Assist in training new associates on sales techniques and product knowledge as needed. * Uphold phone etiquette when answering customer inquiries or taking phone orders. Qualifications * Previous experience in retail sales is preferred but not mandatory. * Strong basic math skills to facilitate accurate transactions and inventory management. * Experience with stock management and maintaining inventory levels is a plus. * Proficient in cash handling procedures and operation of POS systems. * Ability to conduct engaging product demonstrations to enhance customer understanding of jewelry items. * Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply, as this will enhance communication with a diverse clientele. * Excellent phone etiquette for handling customer inquiries professionally. * Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with customers and team members.
