Full description of the position

HVAC Sales Job Duties: * Build and maintain a network of sources to identify new sales leads * Communicate with customers and leads to identify and understand their product or services needs * Demonstrate functions and utility of products or services of customers based on their needs; identify and suggest products and services to meet those needs * Ensure customer satisfaction through ongoing communication and relationship management; resolve any issues that may arise post-sale * Maintain detailed reports on sales activities including calls, orders, sales, lost business, and any other customer or vendor relationship issues * Perform other job duties as assigned Qualifications: * Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills * Excellent sales and negotiating skills * Knowledge of water heaters, water softeners, generators, and HVAC * Strong organizational skills with attention to detail * Ability to function in a high-paced and, at times, stressful environment * Must be highly motivated * Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite * Knowledgeable in using a computer, tablet, smart phone, and other work-related technology * Bachelors Degree preferred but not required * Must have a clean driving record and valid Driver's License * Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen as this is a safety-sensitive position What's in it for you? * Extensive benefits package: * Majority of employee Health premiums and a portion for dependents is paid by Airco * Dental and Vision coverage available at minimal cost to employees * Short-term and Long-term disability options (LTD covered by Airco) * $20,000 life insurance policy paid by Airco * Additional Voluntary term-life coverage options * 401K and Roth options with company match. * Up to 3 weeks paid vacation * Paid holidays The Airco Team is always accepting applications!
