Do you have construction experience, a talent for sales, and the ability to sketch floor plans? We're looking for you! *For almost a decade, Posh Kitchens & Baths has been Long Island's premier full-service Kitchen & Bath remodeler specializing in "Open Concept" renovations. We are currently seeking a strong closer who brings hands-on construction knowledge, a proven sales background, and the ability to communicate design ideas. Key Responsibilities: * Meet with homeowners to understand their interior renovation goals * Conduct site visits to assess project feasibility and scope * Provide expert guidance and product knowledge based on real-world construction experience * Create or sketch basic floor plans or construction plans to help visualize proposed changes * Prepare and present detailed project proposals and estimates using our proprietary estimating software tool. * Build and maintain strong relationships with clients throughout the sales cycle and beyond * Collaborate with designers, project managers, and construction teams to ensure smooth project execution What We 're Looking For: * Hands-on construction experience - you understand the build process from the ground up * Sales experience - confident in guiding homeowners and closing deals * Basic floor plan or construction drawing ability - either hand-sketched or using simple digital tools * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Organized and able to manage multiple active leads/projects * Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and professional What We Offer: * High-quality leads * Supportive and collaborative team environment * Competitive base salary + commission * Opportunities to work on unique and rewarding residential projects * The benefit of a flawless reputation in the industry.
