JOB SUMMARY 4Ever Young Anti-Aging Solutions has locations in the Lake Ivanhoe and Lake Nona communities in Orlando, FL. We are looking for someone with strong sales experience, preferably someone with experience converting leads to confirmed appointments for a medical spa, laser clinic, weight loss clinic, wellness clinic, or hormone therapy clinic. Our leads come from our social media ads on Facebook, Instagram, and Google Ads, as well our website, organic web searches, and tent/table displays that we do at community events throughout the year. The person in this role will be responsible for: * Calling, texting, and emailing leads on a daily basis * Selling leads on our services * Credentialling our providers * Convincing leads to schedule a FREE consultation * Ensuring they show up for their appointment. The biggest challenge in this role is getting leads to answer the phone, call you back, and reply to texts or emails. The ideal candidate is highly skilled, relentless, and creative in finding ways to communicate with leads, convince them to schedule appointments, and get them to show up for their appointments. WHAT YOU 'LL NEED * REQUIRED: Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, lead management, and appointment specialist roles * REQUIRED: Minimum 1 year of experience working for a medical spa, laser clinic, weight loss clinic, wellness clinic, or hormone therapy clinic. * REQUIRED: Fluent English speaker * REQUIRED: Stay current on 4Ever Young services & products, as well as industry trends in medical aesthetics * REQUIRED: Dedicated to constantly learning and perfecting their skillset. * REQUIRED: Some work on weekends and in the early evenings until 8 pm * Preferred: Fluent Spanish speaker * Preferred: Active on social media * Preferred: Skilled in organic social media marketing * Preferred: Skilled in event planning PAY, BENEFITS, & PERKS: * Base pay: $20 to $25 per hour, depending level of relevant experience * With high-level performance, you can earn upwards of $25 to $40 per hour, including your base pay, commissions, bonuses, and special incentives. * Commissions and bonuses will be awarded for scheduling customer leads for confirmed appointments and ensuring they show up * Profit-Sharing Retirement Plan: You will earn a percentage of the annual company profits; employee contributions are not required * Option to work from home some day, once fully trained and delivering proven results * No monthly premiums for primary care & specialty care Telemedicine with access to $5 generic prescription drugs (employees pay copays only) * Employee Rewards, Recognition, & Perks Program * 50% Employee discount on 4Ever Young products and services RESPONSIBILITIES, DUTIES, & EXPECTATIONS Manage Leads & Schedule Appointment (Strong Sales Emphasis) * Manage all new leads that come in from social media advertising and convert them to patient appointments by frequently calling, emailing, and texting them * Call all new leads that come in during work hours within 10 minutes or less * Once leads are scheduled for appointments, follow up with them on a regular basis to ensure they show up for their appointments * Convert 30% to 35% of leads to appointments * Ensure that a minimum of 90% of scheduled patients show up for their appointments; maintain a less than 10% rate of no-shows & cancellations that don't reschedule * Learn 4Ever Young credentialing information for your center; familiarize yourself with basic information about all products and services so you can answer questions. * Be an enthusiastic ambassador for our products and services - find what you love and share your experience with patients! * Inform leads of promotions, discounts, and membership programs that may save them money or be a great fit for them. Be prepared to talk about the benefits of the membership program. Proactively offer to add patients to our mailing list or send them info about upcoming promotions. * Follow up on new leads as required; meet daily, weekly, and monthly goals for lead conversion and scheduling appointments.
