Full description of the position
Key Responsibilities Identify and develop new business across targeted industries Drive lead generation and manage a strong sales pipeline Use a consultative, solutions-based selling approach to uncover client needs Develop and execute strategic growth plans Lead contract and pricing negotiations Manage and grow key client relationships to drive retention and expansion Collaborate with internal departments (marketing, operations, creative, etc.) to deliver seamless, results-driven client solutions Qualifications Proven track record in new business development, lead generation, and sales strategy execution Strong experience in customer acquisition, retention, and account management Expertise in consultative and solutions-based selling Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills Ability to thrive in a hybrid work environment with both independent drive and collaborative energy Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field Industry experience in print, packaging, large format, branded merchandise, or agency/marketing services is highly preferred Benefits We offer a comprehensive suite of benefits that includes medical, dental, vision, life insurance, company-paid disability, and 401k with company match.
