Position: In-Home Sales Representative (Bathroom Remodel Division) Twin City Jacuzzi is seeking motivated and passionate individuals to join our dynamic team. As a key player in our sales force, you'll be instrumental in delivering exceptional experiences to homeowners by representing Twin City Jacuzzi in their homes, showcasing our bath and shower replacement systems, and closing sales. Your Role: * Conduct in-home design consultations to create customized bath and shower solutions. * Utilize our high-quality products to meet customer needs. * Develop lasting client relationships through expert guidance and support. * Achieve sales targets and contribute to company growth. * CLOSER!! Compensation: * Commission-only structure with unlimited earning potential. * Average earnings range from $120,000 to $200,000, with top earners exceeding $300,000. Qualifications: * Minimum 1 year of experience in in-home bathroom remodel sales. * Adaptability to new procedures and ability to follow our proven system. * Proficient in using an iPad and able to lift up to 40 lbs. * Valid Driver's License, reliable vehicle, and car insurance required. * Availability Monday-Friday and some Saturdays. * Ability to manage a high volume of driving. * Strong customer service skills and a results-driven mindset. * Comfortable in a one-call close environment. Schedule: * Full-time, Monday-Friday, with every other Saturday. * Appointments scheduled between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM. * No Sunday work required.
