We're seeking a driven, motivated, and self-starting Sales Representative to join our team and help take our business to the next level. Key Responsibilities: * Proactively generate and cultivate new business leads, primarily focusing on window tinting and ceramic coatings. * Leverage existing industry contacts to drive sales and expand our customer base. * Develop and maintain strong relationships with individual customers, auto dealerships, and businesses. * Educate potential clients on the benefits of window tinting and ceramic coatings, customizing presentations to meet their specific needs. * Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets through effective communication and follow-up. * Manage sales pipeline, customer inquiries, and leads efficiently through CRM software. * Work closely with the operations team to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction. * Continuously stay informed about industry trends, product offerings, and competitor activities to stay ahead of the curve. * Assist in the development of marketing strategies to grow the business. Qualifications: * Proven sales experience, preferably in the automotive, detailing, or service-related industries. Industry contacts are a plus. * Experience or knowledge of window tinting and ceramic coatings is highly desirable (training will be provided). * Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. * Highly driven, self-motivated, and able to work independently with minimal supervision. * Goal-oriented, with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets. * Comfortable with a fast-paced, high-energy environment. * A valid driver's license and reliable transportation. * High school diploma or equivalent (college degree a plus).
