As we prepare to open our doors in Summer 2025, we are seeking a high-energy, results-driven leader who thrives on sales, strategic growth, and community engagement in a fast-paced environment. This role is not about sitting behind a desk --it's about driving revenue, building strong local partnerships, and establishing iCRYO as a go-to wellness destination. You will be the face of iCRYO Wexford, developing business opportunities, engaging with the local community, and leading a dynamic team to deliver an unmatched wellness experience. Position Overview The Strategic Growth & Sales Manager is responsible for revenue generation, business development, and expanding iCRYO 's presence in the community. Your focus will be on driving sales, developing partnerships, and ensuring guest retention --turning first-time visitors into lifelong members. This role requires an entrepreneurial mindset, a passion for wellness, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. You'll have the autonomy to create local marketing initiatives, establish strategic partnerships, and lead a sales-driven team to success. Key Responsibilities * Sales & Revenue Growth * Own and drive sales, membership growth, and upselling strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets. * Engage with guests, guiding them toward the right services based on their wellness goals. * Implement effective sales and retention strategies to convert first-time guests into long-term members. * Train and mentor the team on consultative selling techniques and customer engagement. * Strategic Growth & Community Engagement * Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with local businesses, fitness studios, beauty professionals, healthcare providers, and corporate wellness programs. * Represent iCRYO at community events, wellness fairs, and networking opportunities to increase brand awareness. * Create and execute local marketing and outreach initiatives to attract new customers and grow the iCRYO member base. * Guest Experience & Retention * Foster a welcoming and engaging environment where guests feel valued and supported in their wellness journey. * Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction, actively resolving any guest concerns. * Build long-term relationships with members to encourage loyalty and repeat visits. * Leadership & Team Performance * Lead and motivate the team to drive sales, deliver exceptional service, and create a positive work culture in a fast-paced setting. * Set performance goals and provide ongoing coaching and training to maximize sales success. * Recognize and reward top performers while holding the team accountable for results. Qualifications * 3-5 years of sales, business development, or revenue-focused experience in wellness, fitness, beauty, health, or a related industry. * Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a membership-based or service-oriented business. * Experience in B2B partnerships, corporate wellness programs, or local business networking is a plus. * High energy, outgoing personality with the ability to build authentic connections with guests and the community. * Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment where quick decision-making and multitasking are essential. * Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train a team in sales techniques and customer engagement. * Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills to maintain a high level of guest satisfaction. * Comfortable working a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and some holidays.
