Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Bilingual Inside Sales Representative team leader (*Japanese/English*) to join one of our cliant. In this role, you will leverage your sales skills and bilingual abilities to engage with customers, promote our products, and drive business growth. You will be responsible for managing customer relationships and providing exceptional service while utilizing various sales techniques to achieve targets. Responsibilities * To coordinate and manage the relationship with our distributors * Understanding List Price * Oversee Repair order process * Prepare Order Confirmation * Oversee Preparing Order Confirmation * Oversee Checking ship date from the factory with the each order * Oversee answering incoming calls and handles and taking messages for other staff members * To make sure calls we received from our customers in a professional manner * Oversea and Managing and Checking office supplies and order supplies * Oversee process and prepare payment voucher for payment to be sent to Torrance office * Oversee and provide support to the inside sales team, if needed * Provide administrative service and support to the sales manager * This position sometimes may involve work outside normal working hours in the evenings during the week. Experience * Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize * Attention to detail and problem solving skills * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Strong organizational and planning skills * Proficiency in MS Office. * Team player and leadership.
