Job Title: Inside Sales Representative Department: EarthLink Business, Sales Reports To: Inside Sales Supervisor FLSA Status: Exempt Position Summary : As an Inside Sales Representative at EarthLink, you will have the opportunity to kick-start your career in sales with a company that has been Certified as a Great Place to Work since 2019. You will help grow EarthLink's business by building relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and offering effective solutions to meet those needs. You will be working with a supportive team and learning the ropes as you gain confidence and expertise in the sales process. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will have some autonomy over your schedule and be responsible for managing client accounts, helping you grow into a key member of the sales team. Essential Duties and Responsibilities*: * Develop new business relationships through cold calling and networking, ensuring EarthLink's products meet customer needs. * Assist customers in identifying their needs and providing tailored solutions, working with your supervisor when needed for guidance. * Work closely with our team to ensure all customer issues are resolved in a timely manner * Manage and maintain relationships with existing clients, ensuring they receive top-notch service and renew their contracts. * Schedule appointments with current and potential clients * Collaborate with the sales team to identify strategies for improving sales processes and customer satisfaction. * Participate in sales meetings and training sessions to continuously improve your sales knowledge and skills. * Track sales progress and meet monthly or quarterly sales targets with support from your team and supervisor. * Provide other clerical support for our sales team * Other duties as assigned. Education/Experience/Qualifications*: * 0-1 year of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field. * Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on customer service and relationship building. * Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new sales strategies and tools. * Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with a willingness to meet set targets and goals. * Organized and able to manage time effectively. * Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and willing to learn sales tools and CRM software. * Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening. Compensations: We are a performance-based company and this position has unlimited earning potential. Targeted earnings are $80,000, with top sales specialists making upwards of $100,000 (salary + commission).
