We are seeking a unicorn who can keep up and thrive within our rapidly expanding sales organization. Position Overview We are seeking a dedicated Customer Success Representative to join our sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for fostering strong relationships with our customers, efficiently processing orders and ensuring each customer derives maximum value from our e-Commerce site. You will act as a trusted advisor, guiding guests through their sales journey, providing clear communication and order feedback. The CSR will identify opportunities for growth, and maximizing the customer sales experience. This position is crucial in enhancing customer loyalty. Key Responsibilities * Provide fast / accurate order processing and data entry in our Oracle based ERP * Heavy phone, email and chat interaction with the best customers in the world * Develop strong customer relationships through friendly communication and support. * Utilize our CRM (HubSpot), to track customer interactions and manage accounts. * Collaborate with Business Development, Technical Sales, Marketing and Leadership teams to ensure precise alignment on customer needs and expectations. * Actively participate in sales efforts by identifying upsell opportunities * Thrive within a fast paced, fun loving team with shared goals Qualifications * 2+ years of experience in a customer service or customer success role, ideally in a B2B or industrial setting (industrial controls or automation experience a plus). * Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage with clients at all levels. * Proficient in ERP and CRM software (NetSuite & HubSpot, respectively) and Microsoft Office Suite. * Excellent problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset. * Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a high-demand environment. * A background in sales is a plus, showcasing an ability to identify growth opportunities within existing accounts. * A passion for providing exceptional customer service and enhancing client experiences Benefits * Competitive salary * Healthcare plans * 401(k) available * 2 weeks Paid time off (PTO) and holiday pay. * Customizable Fringe benefits programs * Professional development and training opportunities. * A dynamic and supportive work environment with room for growth.
