Koala Insulation of the Westside is in growth mode , and we're looking for a hustler, a closer, and a self-starter to drive sales and keep our install crew busy. This role is for someone who thrives on high activity , can run four sales appointments a day , and is focused on closing deals --not just quoting jobs. Previous insulation experience is not required , but we're only looking for true closers --people with in-home sales experience who know how to identify customer needs, overcome objections, and close on the spot. You should have a genuine interest in learning about construction, remodeling, and home services as a long-term career. The right candidate knows how to sell the right job to the right customer --no chasing weird, unprofitable projects and no getting distracted by big- whale deals that go nowhere. Your one and only focus : fill the crew 's calendar with high-quality, in-and-out jobs that are profitable and efficient. If you're hungry, competitive, and ready to grind in a fast-growing company with big opportunities, we want to talk to you. Passive salespeople need not apply. Duties/Responsibilities 1. Lead generation and data input into CRM. 2. Travels to residential, commercial, and government sites within territory to complete the estimation process for our insulation services. 3. Use product samples, support, and technology to assist you in closing the sale. 4. Networking to build contractor relationships within territory. 5. Performs other related duties as required. Required Skills/Abilities 1. Ability to interpret blueprints is preferred, but not required. 2. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. 3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 4. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software. 5. Experience using a CRM preferred.
