About the Role: We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our sales team. We are open to either part-time or full-time with normal working hours between 8:00am-4:00pm, Monday-Friday. Core Responsibilities * Receive, process, and confirm customer orders accurately and promptly * Act as a primary point of contact between customers and internal departments (e.g. production, engineering, quality, etc.) * Respond to customer inquiries, providing up to date and accurate information on the status of their orders * Collaborate with the Account Manager or other internal departments to address and resolve customer complaints or issues in a professional and efficient manner * Accurately document all customer interactions, orders, inquiries and issues * Maintain clear, professional, and effective communication with both customers and internal teams * Provide feedback to leadership regarding customer concerns, challenges, or areas for improvement * Answer incoming phone calls and greet onsite visitors with professionalism and courtesy * Assist with other administrative tasks as needed such as data entry, scanning and filing * Contribute to company goals and continuous improvement efforts * Comply with established ISO standards and Aztalan's core values * Adhere to regular and reliable attendance * Other duties as assigned Qualifications * High School diploma, or equivalent, required * Valid Driver's License, required * Previous experience in customer service, preferably in manufacturing * Must have highly accurate computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and ERP systems * Must have a strong attention to detail with a focus on quality and precision * Must have strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills * Must have the ability to follow procedures * Must have the ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment * Must be able to work well under pressure, adapt to changing priorities and requirements, and manage multiple projects simultaneously Aztalan is an equal opportunity employer.
