We're looking for an Account Representative to join our growing team and be the face of our customer interactions. Role Summary As an Account Representative, you'll be responsible for managing new customer accounts, acquiring new customers, maintaining strong client relationships, and identifying opportunities to expand business partnerships. Your primary goal is to ensure client satisfaction while driving revenue through proactive account management and upselling strategies. Responsibilities * Serve as the primary point of contact for new customer accounts * Understand each client's business needs * This is a customer-facing sales role that requires a professional who thrives on building personal relationships and closing deals. * Identify opportunities for account growth, including cross-selling and upselling services * Ensure timely delivery of services and resolve client issues promptly * Collaborate with internal teams to meet client expectations and drive results * Track and report on account performance, ensuring clients receive maximum value * Meet or exceed revenue targets through proactive account management Qualifications We're looking for candidates who are: * Strong communicators with excellent interpersonal skills * Comfortable with in-person communication and upselling * Motivated by achieving goals and delivering exceptional client and customer service * Problem-solvers who can think creatively to meet client and customer needs * Organized and detail-oriented, with strong time management skills Preferred Experience: * Previous experience in account management, sales, or customer service * Familiarity with CRM tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho * Experience in a sales environment or service-based industry What We Offer We believe in rewarding performance and supporting growth.
