Hyde Park Jewelers in Fashion Island is looking for a Retail Sales Consusltant to provide excellent customer service and meet sales quotas selling Tudor timepeices. Candidates with strong communication skills who can make customers feel welcome in our store will stand out. You will help identify client needs, present and answer questions about our products and services and recommend solutions. Ultimately, you will ensure that customers leave our store satisfied and you will contribute to the store's profitability. Previous watch sales experience required. The position pay is hourly plus 2% commission. Responsibilities * Greet and direct customers * Provide accurate information (e.g. product features, pricing and after-sales services) * Answer customers' questions about specific products/services * Conduct price and feature comparisons to facilitate purchasing * Manage returns of merchandise * Stay up-to-date with new products/services Skills * Proven work experience in a Luxury Retail store * Previous watch sales experience required. * Understanding of the retail sales process, luxury retail a plus * Familiarity with consumer behavior principles * Track record of achieving sales quotas * Excellent communication skills, capable of building trusting relationships * Ability to perform in fast-paced environments * Watch product knowledge * Flexibility to work various shifts Job Type: Full-time Pay: $22.00 per hour Benefits: * 401(k) * Dental insurance * Employee discount * Health insurance * Paid time off * Vision insurance Shift: * 8 hour shift * Day shift * Night shift Ability to Commute: * Newport Beach, CA 92660 (Required) Ability to Relocate: * Newport Beach, CA 92660: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: In person
