Responsibilities * Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their business needs and provide appropriate solutions. * Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase our offerings effectively. * Generate leads through various channels, including networking, referrals, and direct outreach. * Utilize Salesforce to track sales activities, manage customer relationships, and report on sales performance. * Collaborate with the marketing team to align strategies for territory sales initiatives. * Negotiate contracts and close sales deals while ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the process. * Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth. * Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Skills * Proven experience in technology sales or related fields such as retail sales or B2B sales. * Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients. * Experience in lead generation techniques and strategies for effective outreach. * Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software for managing client interactions and sales data. * Ability to negotiate contracts effectively while maintaining positive client relationships. * Familiarity with territory sales strategies and technical sales concepts is a plus. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a persuasive approach to selling. * Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset, capable of working independently as well as part of a team.
