Job Overview: We are seeking motivated and results-driven Roofing Consultants to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals with sales experience or a background in roofing, construction, or customer service. As a Roofing Consultant, you will be responsible for generating leads, conducting inspections, and guiding clients through the roofing process. Responsibilities: * Generate leads through networking, referrals, and company-provided opportunities. * Conduct free roof inspections and assess damage or potential issues. * Educate homeowners on roofing solutions and insurance claim processes. * Provide detailed estimates and close sales using a consultative approach. * Maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and referrals. * Collaborate with project managers and crews to ensure smooth project execution. * Stay updated on industry trends, products, and best practices. Requirements: * Sales experience preferred (roofing, construction, home improvement, or similar industries). * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule. * Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license. * Comfortable with in-person client interactions and property inspections. * Ability to climb ladders and assess roofs. * Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset.
