This position involves using our modern sales tools-including iPads and digital software-to inspect properties, identify pest or termite issues, and recommend the right services to meet customer needs. You'll conduct detailed inspections in various environments such as attics, basements, and crawl spaces, ensuring every job is completed to the highest standards. A creative, solution-focused mindset is important, as is the ability to recognize additional service opportunities during inspections. You'll also collaborate with our inside sales team and help market our services to new homeowners, real estate agents, and builders. Applicants must be at least 21 years old, hold a valid driver's license with a clean 7-year driving record, and be able to pass any required state licensing exams (with training provided). While previous experience in the pest control industry is a plus, it's not required-what matters most is your willingness to learn, grow, and contribute to a high-performing team.
