Compensation: $75,000 commission based Responsibilities: * Call clients to give weekly reports on the status of their listing so they are more likely to provide good customer ratings and referrals * Complete real estate listing paperwork, create new MLS listings, post listings to social media, and implement a marketing plan for new listings to ensure accurate information that promotes quick sales * Prospect pre-qualified leads generated by sales agents to convert them into new business and schedule listing appointments * Achieve the best deal possible for the seller by conducting extensive market analysis to determine the listing price * Present suggested asking prices and key selling points to the seller so they understand the best price for their home Qualifications: * Great communication skills, interpersonal skills, and time management skills * Capable of using CRM software to keep customer information organized and confidential * Has a real estate license * At least one year of work experience in real estate sales * Completes tasks quickly and efficiently About Company The Reed Estate Group will provide clients with unmatched customer service.
