Waterfront Marine in Edgewater is looking for an experienced and motivated Marine Salesperson to join our team. We are a high-volume, full service boat dealership selling new and used boats with a strong reputation and a loyal customer base. Key Responsibilities: * Assist customers in selecting new and used boats * Provide knowledgeable, friendly, and professional customer service * Guide customers through the purchase process from inquiry to delivery * Maintain product knowledge on current inventory and boating trends * Follow up on leads and support walk-in traffic * Collaborate with the sales and service team to ensure a smooth customer experience Requirements: * Prior experience in boat/marine sales or similar high-ticket retail sales preferred * Knowledge of boats and boating industry is a plus * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong organizational and follow-up abilities * Self-motivated and goal-oriented Schedule: Full-time, including weekends (seasonal flexibility required) Compensation: Base salary plus commission Benefits: Health insurance, 401(k), paid time off Join our growing team and be part of a dealership where your success is rewarded!
