500 is looking to add anAccount Coordinator to our Account Services team. The Account Coordinator is crucial in supporting the client-facing account services team. This is a fast-paced and sometimes high-pressure environment where you will assist with client communication, coordinating project tasks, and contributing to the overall success of client accounts.__ Responsibilities:**__ * Day-to-day support of Account Services team; Assist account team members and directors in managing client relationships by responding to client inquiries, requests, and providing updates on project status * Coordinate and track the progress of projects, ensuring that all deliverables are completed on time and meet quality standards * Completing administrative tasks within defined timelines; such as: * Creating and updating change orders * Routing artwork/creative assets * Documenting client calls * Updating status * Entering estimates * Address any issues or challenges that arise during campaign execution, escalating them to the appropriate parties when necessary * Facilitate communication between various internal departments and external clients to ensure effective collaboration and seamless project execution * Tavel up to 15-20% of the year, as needed, to client locations, industry events, or other relevant destinations What You'll Need: * Associate or bachelor's Degree with focus in communications, marketing or related field and/or 0-2 years relevant work experience * Must be fluent in MS Office Suite * Strong Verbal and written communication skills * Strong attention to detail and ability to function in a fast-paced, high-volume environment * Must be self-motivated and have strong, effective problem-solving skills * Prior agency experience is a plus * Keynote fluency is an added bonus 500 is an equal opportunity employer and fully supports and maintains compliance with all state, federal, and local regulations.
