We're expanding our team of Professional Sales Associates and looking for individuals who are passionate about delivering top-notch customer service! As a Sales Associate, you'll be the first point of contact between customers and our dealership. You'll become a product expert and brand ambassador, showcasing features and options on all vehicles in inventory. Additionally, you'll answer basic questions about financing and other optional financial products, and promote our service and finance departments to ensure customer loyalty. Other responsibilities include performing vehicle delivery for buyers, following up with buyers to ensure continued satisfaction, and contacting prospective buyers through our company's CRM tool to generate new business. Our pay plan is highly competitive and rewarding, with current Sales Associates within our company earning $45,000 - $185,000+ annually. We even offer a 90-day guarantee for new hires. Qualifications for this role include a professional appearance, positive attitude, time management skills, willingness to take initiative, and a team player with a competitive nature. Previous Automotive Sales experience is not required - we offer continual process training and mentorship to ensure your success.
