Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Landscape Account Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for Customer Service and Sales within the industry . As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing client accounts, developing relationships, and driving sales growth. Your ability to communicate effectively and analyze market trends will be crucial in ensuring client satisfaction and achieving business objectives. Duties * Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met and expectations exceeded. * Manage servicing and crews on assigned sites. * Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profitability while ensuring client satisfaction. * Analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and improvement. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional service and support to clients. * Provide regular updates on account status, sales forecasts, and market insights to management. * Utilize technology tools to track account performance and streamline communication with clients. Qualifications * Proven experience in account management or a related field, preferably in Landscaping and or Construction. * Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and influence others. * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a knack for building rapport with clients. * Proficient in analyzing data and market trends to inform strategic decisions. * Demonstrated ability to negotiate effectively and close sales successfully. * Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools or ability to learn is a plus. * A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong organizational skills.
