Job Title: Business(&Sales) Support Work Location: 3033 W President George Bush Hwy #250 Plano TX 75075 Contract Duration: 1 year Work Hours: 08:30-17:30 - OT may required * Excellent written and oral skills (English/Korean) Job Function/Description: * Support Sales and Business Development teams with daily administrative and operational tasks. * Prepare and maintain daily, monthly, and quarterly sales and operational reports using Excel and PowerPoint. * Assist in the preparation of sales materials, proposals, presentations, and reports. * Manage and update CRM systems and sales-related databases. * Conduct P&L simulations using Excel and the Cello system to support financial decision-making. * Coordinate internal communication between Sales, Pricing, Legal, Operations, and finance teams. * Conduct market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and partnership opportunities. * Help track sales pipeline progress and follow up on leads and partner engagements. * Assist in organizing client meetings, events, and business development activities. * Contribute to improving internal processes to enhance productivity and client satisfaction. Qualifications: * Entry level or less than 3 years of sales support or business development support experience * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply chain management, Logistics, Marketing, or a related field. * Excellent written and oral skills (English/Korean) * Strong organizational and multitasking skills * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); CRM experience (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus. * Self-motivated, team-oriented, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment. * Willingness to expand knowledge of logistics industry Job Type: Contract Pay: $25.00 - $27.00 per hour Benefits: * Health insurance * Paid time off Schedule: * 8 hour shift * Day shift * Monday to Friday Language: * Korean (Required) Work Location: In person
