As a Real Estate Agent, you will be responsible for guiding clients through the buying, selling, and leasing processes, ensuring compliance with Fair Housing regulations and real estate laws. This role requires a blend of sales acumen, organizational abilities, and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service. Responsibilities * Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing residential or commercial properties. * Conduct market research to stay informed about property values, trends, and local market conditions. * Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences. * Negotiate purchase agreements and contracts on behalf of clients. * Prepare property listings and marketing materials to attract potential buyers or tenants. * Organize open houses and property showings to showcase properties to prospective buyers. * Maintain accurate records of transactions, client interactions, and property details. * Ensure compliance with all relevant real estate laws and regulations. * Provide administrative support as needed to facilitate smooth transactions.
