Business Development Executive: Healthcare Staffing Candidates must live in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Maryland, Ohio, or Delaware. About Us: Bravo Care is a healthcare technology company that provides an online marketplace, connecting skilled and dependable clinicians with healthcare providers to fill unfilled shifts for skilled nursing and assisted living communities. Our platform helps providers reduce labor costs by allowing them to set their own rates. Leveraging data and insights, Bravo Care's In-House Directors of Nursing (DONs) work closely with facility staff to offer outside rates that are competitive with, or lower than, full-time staff costs, all while building long-term relationships with preferred clinicians. Position Overview: We are looking for a highly motivated and results- oriented Business Development Executive to join our team. This role is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, cultivating and maintaining relationships with potential customers, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate will possess a strategic mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities: * Identify and pursue new business opportunities within target markets. * Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective customers and key stakeholders. * Develop and execute strategic plans to grow the company's client base and increase sales. * Present Bravo Care's services to potential clients through meetings, presentations, and proposals. * Negotiate contracts and close sales to meet or exceed sales targets. * Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, etc.) to create and implement sales strategies. * Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of industry developments. * Prepare regular reports on business development activities, sales pipeline, and key performance metrics. * Represent Bravo Care at networking events, trade shows, and industry conferences to promote the company's offerings. * Ensure all relevant documentation (calls, notes, deals, etc.) is properly entered into the Sales CRM (Fresh Sales). * Work with stakeholders to continuously refine and elevate Bravo Care's pitch, ensuring our unique differentiators are clearly communicated. Work Location: Remote, with travel required up to 80% of the time. Working Hours: * Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM. * On some occasions, evening/weekend calls and/or travel may be required depending on company, prospect, and customer needs. Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience). * Minimum of three (3) years business development experience at both the corporate (parent) and facility (child) levels. * Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. * Proven ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships. * Highly self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently. * Proficiency in CRM software (Fresh Sales) and Microsoft Office Suite. * Passionate about driving growth and meeting sales targets. * Prior healthcare experience (managerial or scheduling) is a plus.
