Overview We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving growth by identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and enhancing customer relationships. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales and project management, with the ability to negotiate effectively and implement strategic planning initiatives. Responsibilities * Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and networking. * Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. * Utilize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software, such as Salesforce, to track leads, manage accounts, and analyze sales data. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategic plans that align with company goals. * Negotiate contracts and agreements with potential partners to maximize business growth. * Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify potential threats and opportunities. * Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to stakeholders, showcasing the value of our products/services. * Manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring timely delivery of results. Experience * Proven experience in business development or sales, with a strong track record of achieving targets. * Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software; experience with Salesforce is highly desirable. * Strong strategic planning skills with the ability to analyze market trends effectively. * Excellent negotiation skills with a focus on building long-term partnerships. * Demonstrated project management capabilities, including the ability to manage timelines and resources efficiently. * Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively.
