This position will: * Educate homeowners on the state of their roof and guide them through the insurance claim process * Qualify prospects and build a consistent sales pipeline * Meet with insurance adjusters to assess damage and develop project scopes * Travel locally to areas impacted by storms to assist homeowners * Deliver professional presentations to close sales with confidence What We 're Looking For: * Self-motivated individuals with a strong work ethic * Coachable team players eager to learn and grow * Excellent communication and negotiation skills * Ability to work independently and manage time effectively * Sales and/or roofing experience is a PLUS!
